Refund policy

We hope you’re truly delighted with your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, our returns and refund policy makes it easy to resolve your order with care. Please reach out to us by email as soon as possible and we'll do whatever we can to make your experience with us as great as it can be. 

If you change your mind, you have a right to cancel your order within 14 working days of delivery. You must notify us in writing by emailing megan@rosebrowninteriors.co.uk and return any unwanted items with an accompanying letter with your name, order number and reason for return to the following address:

A full refund will be issued upon the safe arrival of the goods, it is the customers responsibility to package the items well enough to prevent damage on the return delivery. The refund will include the original postage or a percentage of if only part of the order is returned, but will not include the return postage costs or additional packaging.
