Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We work with Royal Mail for small items under 2kg and Couriers DPD & Fedex for larger items and international delivery. We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 1-3 working days. Unless agreed otherwise with you, all ordered will be delivered within 30 days.

Please enter the items you wish to purchase to your basket. Shipping prices will be calculated once you enter your shipping address based on the weight of the parcel and the shipping destination. 
Receiving Your Delivery
We use a tracked and signed for service on all orders. The contact details you enter at checkout will be passed on to the delivery company so that they may send you updates on the status of your delivery, including an estimated delivery date and time. Please ensure that someone is able to receive your delivery with a signature at the delivery address, as proof of delivery will be required. 
Damages On Arrival
We make every effort to ensure each order is protected against damage in transit. However it is not always possible to guarantee its safe arrival. If your parcel arrives with visible damage to the outer box, please take photographs before opening. When opening, be very careful if you have ordered ceramic items - if these are broken, fragments may be very sharp, we recommend opening with thick gloves to prevent injury. 

Please email megan@rosebrowninteriors.co.uk a list of items that are damaged, along with photographs of the packaging and damaged items within 48 hours of delivery. 

Providing the above conditions are met, we will offer a replacement or full refund of the damaged items at our discretion. 
Returns and Cancellation
If you change your mind, you have a right to cancel your order within 14 working days of delivery. You must notify us in writing by emailing megan@rosebrowninteriors.co.uk and return any unwanted items with an accompanying letter with your name, order number and reason for return to the following address:

A full refund will be issued upon the safe arrival of the goods, it is the customers responsibility to package the items well enough to prevent damage on the return delivery. The refund will include the original postage or a percentage of if only part of the order is returned, but will not include the return postage costs or additional packaging.
